All parts on are genuine Camso replacement parts. These are true original new parts not refurbished and guaranteed to fit your all terrain vehicle or side by side track system

Transfer kits for Camso ATV/UTV track systems are currently available only through Camso dealers. Find your nearest Camso authorized dealer to order one.

If you need to cancel your order after placing it, contact our customer service right away.

  • If the order has not yet been shipped,
    we will cancel it for you.
  • However, you have 30 days to return the product
    for a refund. See our Return Policy.

If you need to change your delivery address after placing an order, contact our customer service right away.

  • If the order has not yet been shipped, we will change your delivery address for you
  • If the order has already been shipped, we cannot change your delivery address

We accept Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.

We do not accept Paypal or Interac payments.

To return a part ordered on the website, follow the steps in our Return Policy.

To return a part ordered from a Camso dealer, you must return it to that dealer.

Yes, you have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return on the website. The returned part must be new and in the same condition as you received it. See our Return Policy for instructions.

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return your Camso parts for a refund of the purchase price. Shipping charges are not refundable. See our Return Policy for instructions.

After we receive the returned part at our warehouse, we will inspect it to ensure it is
still in new and unused condition. If it is, we will refund the full amount of
the part to the same credit card you used to pay for it.

will send you a free replacement part.

Shipping Information

Most orders take about 3 to 9 business days to arrive. It depends
on your location and the carrier used, along with other factors beyond our control.
Note that we currently ship to Canadian addresses only.

Click on the UPS tracking number in the order confirmation email you received after placing your order. This tracking number will show you the delivery status of your order. If there is a problem with your order, email us at and include your order number in the subject line.  We’ll make sure your order gets to you.

We charge a flat shipping rate of $14.99. During checkout, you’ll see the total cost, including shipping, before paying.

Yes, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number so that you can track your order on its way to you.  

We currently ship to Canadian provinces and territories only.

All parts are shipped from the Camso plant in Shawinigan, Quebec.  

We use UPS to ensure your order is shipped safely to you.

We currently cannot ship to PO boxes or APO/FPO addresses.
