Returning a part for a refund
If you wish to return a part for a refund, you have 30 days from the date of its delivery to do so. To be eligible for a refund, the returned part must be new and in the same condition that you received it.
To request a return, please follow these steps:
- Log in to your account
- Select the order you want to return
- Click on "request return"
- Select the items you want to return and the reason for your return
- Click on “request eturn”
- Follow the instructions provided in the return confirmation email.
Mail the part you want to return, along with a copy of the return confirmation email, to:
If Camso’s facility isn't used as the return address, you will be responsible for paying the costs of shipments returned to you.
Receiving your refund
If we approve your return request, we will refund your original method of payment. Please allow 30 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.
Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Exchanging a part
If you would like to exchange a part, please follow the return process above. Once we receive and approve the returned part, we will exchange it for the desired part. For a part to be approved by Camso for exchange, it must be new and in perfect condition (unused and uninstalled).
Note that you will be responsible for paying the shipping costs of the exchanged part, unless the exchange was due to an error on our part.
Returning a damaged or defective part
Parts are considered damaged or defective at the reasonable discretion of Camso. If you receive a damaged or defective part, please contact us immediately. We will provide support to resolve the issue promptly. Return fees may apply.
Didn’t receive your order?
Packages lost in transit
If your package was lost in transit, you may submit a refund claim no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. If the lost package was due to an error on our part, we will refund your order. Otherwise, you will be responsible for covering the expenses.
If you provide an address that is incorrect or considered insufficient by the carrier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be responsible for paying the cost shipping cost back to you once we have an updated address (if and as applicable).
Unclaimed shipments are returned to our facility and you will be responsible for paying the shipping cost back to you (if and as applicable).
Changed your mind?
If you received your order and changed your mind, you have up to 30 days from the date of receiving the order to return the part for a refund. To be eligible for a refund, the part must be in perfect condition (unused and uninstalled).
Cancelling an order
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order has not yet been processed or shipped, we will cancel it and issue a full refund. If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return process upon receiving it.
Camso Original Parts warranty
90-day warranty on Camso Original Parts for ATV/UTV track systems. For a period of ninety (90) days starting from the date of purchase, Camso agrees to repair or replace, at its discretion, all Camso parts found defective in material and/or workmanship, under normal use, maintenance and service. Labour and related damages are not covered if the failed part was not installed by a Camso authorized dealer.
